"Worst dispensary I've ever been to! I was sent to room no 111. One doctor was looking after work in 3 rooms one by one! Despite the fact that it was so crowded! What kind of service arrangement is this!"

"Worst. They are always issuing different medicine which is prescribed by the hospital. If you say anything either they shout on you or they say both medicine (issuing and prescribed) are same. Once I take the same issue to CMO and she too gave same excuse. The hospital denied to take that medicine which they were issuing. All the staff even CMO are immature. They do not care about patient health, always issuing different medicine without thinking twice that the patient condition could be worsen. Instead government should promote buying medicine from medicals and finance the amount through bills."

"Not a presentable place. Typical Government Office type look. Doctors sit inside their cabins with closed doors. No sitting arrangements for senior citizens outside the Pharmacy with long queues for collection of medicines. There is no lift for elderly people. Parking too has to be on roadside. Overall look of the place inside a local commercial market building appears dirty and unhygienic. Insecure entrance with stray dogs laying on the floor."

"Very poor, it's a torture to visit it. Doctors are too less, working is slow, long queues, you r luckey if you get number by 2 PM! No BB backup, no power back up! The queue system should be displayed so that senior citizens don't have to stand at the door."

"In Delhi NCR this is the condition of Hospital every where. Toilets are stinking and never ever cleaned ... This is the place where treatments are not providedand illness distributed."
